In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat platforms. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
