**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative – Member Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for:
* **Providing Exceptional Service**: Working directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing an outstanding experience through open and interactive communication
* **Building Trust and Relationships**: Building trust and creating sustainable relationships with members through empathetic and effective communication
* **Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking**: Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations
* **Handling Customer Concerns**: Effectively handling customer concerns by utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of all interactions and changes
* **Confidentiality and Compliance**: Confidentially handling policy owner information and ensuring compliance with communication standards
* **Collaboration and Teamwork**: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members
**Required Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Minimum 2 Years Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred
* **Basic Mathematical Aptitude**: Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
* **Technical Aptitude**: Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired
* **Insurance Industry Knowledge**: Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred
* **Education**: High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred
* **Internet Requirements**: Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload, and be able to support a VPN
