**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI/ML Engineer to join our Cloud Innovations Application Stage (AP) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing our AI strategy to take our engineer experience stage to the next level and accelerate application development within arenaflex. You will work closely with multi-functional teams and apply machine learning algorithms to large-scale data.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and execute AI strategy to enhance our engineer experience stage
* Collaborate with AI engineers, programmers, and data scientists to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions
* Apply machine learning algorithms to large-scale data to drive business insights and decision-making
* Ensure data quality through analysis, modeling, and handling missing values, anomalies, and outliers
* Select and train machine learning models, calibrate hyperparameters, and optimize performance
* Communicate results of analyses in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience in applying machine learning methods in developer efficiency is a plus
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in the software industry, focused on machine learning
* Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, with experience in distributed storage systems like S3, Flash, and Vector Database
* Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models
* Strong understanding of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve business problems
* Experience with model selection, training, and calibration for predictive performance
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
