**Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Uncovering Insights**: Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
* **Data Storytelling**: Develop compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
* **Collaboration**: Partner with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and designers, to drive business outcomes.
* **Data Analysis**: Utilize SQL, R, Python, and other data tools to build and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
* **Experimentation**: Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.

**Key Qualifications**

* **Experience**: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or related fields.
* **Technical Skills**:
