**Key Responsibilities**
As an Enterprise SEO Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and executing strategic success plans for enterprise clients to ensure high retention rates and account growth
* Conducting regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities
* Providing expert guidance on arenaflex's search technology and digital marketing solutions
* Monitoring usage patterns and proactively addressing adoption challenges
* Collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for customer needs
* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
* Facilitating onboarding and training sessions for new enterprise users
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with enterprise clients
* A proven track record of reducing churn and growing existing accounts
* A strong understanding of search technology, SEO, and digital marketing concepts
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
* Experience with Hubspot is preferred
* Experience working in a high-growth technology company is preferred
