**Key Accountabilities**
As an Engagement Specialist - Sales / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all arenaflex programs, features, and benefits during phone calls with clients and individuals
* Providing professional and timely follow-up to all client and individual inquiries
* Managing individual expectations by clearly communicating next steps and timing
* Meeting and/or exceeding established engagement KPI metrics
* Adhering to established outreach protocols
* Accurately and properly documenting engagement efforts in our proprietary software, ORBIT
* Responding efficiently and accurately to calls, emails, and SMS, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
* Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients as needed
* Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
* Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Prior sales and customer service experience
* A professional and articulate voice
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs
* A set Monday-Friday schedule
* A home office that is noise and distraction-free
* A computer with a USB headset
* Internet with a wired Ethernet connection to PC/Laptop
* A LinkedIn profile
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in a similar role or industry
* Knowledge of human resources, career transition services, or related fields
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Proficiency in software, databases, and other tools relevant to the role
