**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
* Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
* Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
* Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
* Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding processes
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
* Identifying and resolving issues related to driver applications and onboarding processes
* Providing exceptional customer service to delivery professionals and internal stakeholders
**Experience:**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Associate's degree or above
* 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service
* Strong understanding of data entry software and systems
* Experience with virtual vehicle safety inspections or similar processes
**Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation and Benefits:**
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
