**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate customs clearance
* Processing and arranging shipments for customs release from databases, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
* Handling and processing various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborating with participating government organizations (PGAs)
* Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
* Complying with all international importing and exporting regulations
* Working closely with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver high-quality service to customers
* Processing organizational financier shipments and handling distant filings
* Ensuring adherence to all service and organizational strategies
**Capabilities:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (HS Certificate or GED)
* No prior industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines
* Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
