**Key Responsibilities:**
* Research and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Maintain accurate records and data entry to ensure seamless customer experiences

* Adhere to careerzynith's quality standards and production requirements to ensure remote work eligibility
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1 year of customer service experience
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Experience working with various lines of business, such as CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
