**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records. You will work closely with our care teams to ensure that all data is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records
* Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident information, medical records, and financial data
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies and procedures
* Collaborate with care teams to ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including care teams and administrative staff
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
