If you're a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for data management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Entering customer and account data from source documents with accuracy and attention to detail * Entering new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring seamless integration with our data management processes * Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, maintaining data integrity and quality * Uploading documents/backup records in the Salesforce system, ensuring efficient data management and storage * Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process, ensuring timely payment and cash flow management * Reconciling Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records * Conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock management * Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence, ensuring seamless communication and customer service **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access) * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data quality and integrity * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administration, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems * Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Working Conditions** This is a full-time, hybrid working position, offering the flexibility to work from home and in our office.
