**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our End-to-End Transportation Optimization team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our transportation network to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers. You will work closely with our data scientists, software developers, and operations teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Conduct in-depth analysis of transportation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement**
* **Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speed, cost, and customer satisfaction**
* **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that optimize transportation routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times**
* **Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve supply chain efficiency**
* **Work with data scientists to design and implement machine learning algorithms to improve transportation optimization**
* **Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders**
* **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and transportation optimization**
**Test Tasks**
* **Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new transportation routes and optimization strategies**
* **Build dashboards and metrics for new client recommendations, such as expedited shipping**
* **Develop driver examination for essential reasons behind late deliveries**
* **Analyze differences in performance between stores and markets**

* **Collaborating with colleagues to gather data from different sources to support key investigations**
