**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our community of customers, partners, users, and drivers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional phone, email, and text-based support, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality experience and that our logistics services run smoothly. This is a full-time remote position that requires a 4-day workweek schedule, including non-traditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide phone, email, and text-based support to arenaflex customers, partners, users, and drivers, addressing all concerns politely and using active listening skills to understand and confirm the information.
* Balance efficiency and speed in addressing questions or issues with ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
* Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary.
* Manage non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
* Effectively use Salesforce and other internal tools to accurately log interactions and solve issues.
* Collaborate with team members from various arenaflex departments to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
**What You Bring**
* A combination of sales or customer service experience, preferably with a technology or logistics company.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with diverse personalities.
* Ability to quickly and efficiently problem-solve and troubleshoot.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
* Proactive and able to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity.
* Ability to work a schedule comprised of non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
