**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Efficiently managing customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity through various channels of communication, including phone, email, and chat.
* Supporting marketing communication efforts to foster positive customer awareness of arenaflex news and services.
* Maintaining and strengthening close customer relationships at all levels, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
* Ensuring correct billing to customers by controlling bookings and Air Waybills, making corrections as necessary.
* Supporting outdoor sales efforts by providing rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, and reports.
* Prioritizing workloads to enable swift and competent responses to internal and external inquiries.
* Coordinating with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure smooth operations.
* Participating in other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you should meet the following requirements:
* Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
* Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Logistics or customer service training is an asset.
* Experience in customer service and/or operations, ideally in an air cargo/logistics and/or aviation environment.
* Good command of French and English language, with fluency in speaking and writing.
* Any other languages are an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written (email, letter, internet).
* Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces.
* Impeccable customer service attitude.
* Initiative, reliability, and quality-oriented working attitude.
* Flexibility to work on different functions within the department.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
