**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our small, distributed team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with our development team to reproduce bugs and improve our products. This is a part-time, 1099 contract position, offering a flexible schedule and a competitive flat rate of $800/month.
**Key Responsibilities**
