**Job Summary**
As a Seasonal Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing warm and informative support to customers via phone and email. You will be the face of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our software solutions and answering their questions about our services. This is a temporary, seasonal contract, ending in June, with a commitment of 20 hours per week for 90 days. Project hours are Monday to Friday, 6 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and concise information about arenaflex's software solutions and services
* Assist customers with the sign-up process and provide updates on current account status
* Utilize strong research skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions with customers
* Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support
**Essential Qualifications**
* Pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills
* Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
* Strong multitasking skills, with a passion for research and learning new things each day
