Sales Store Representative

Casual | One day per week | Flexible | Travel included • Must be based in San Francisco* We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Store Visitor/Sales Representative to represent Ere Perez, our clean beauty brand, across the SF/Novato area. This is a casual freelance role (one day per fortnight) with a very flexible schedule, ideal for someone who loves beauty, visual merchandising, people, and travel. Gain experience at an international beauty brand in this hands-on role! Suitable for someone seeking a complementary role or to skill up from a retail position — also for someone seeking one day of work on the weekend additional to a full-time role. The Role As a Store Visitor, you’ll be the face of Ere Perez in-store, ensuring our retail presence is always on point and our relationships with stockists remain strong. Your responsibilities will include: • Visiting our stockists across San Francisco, Fairfax, and Novato • Cleaning, reorganising and maintaining in-store displays • Lifting and moving stock and tester display materials as required • Ensuring testers, stock levels and visual standards are met • Supporting stores with visual merchandising updates • Building genuine, friendly relationships with store staff and owners • Representing the Ere Perez brand professionally and confidently • Taking photos during visits and completing photo and stock reporting • Conducting in-store promotions introducing customers to the brand and hosting makeup consultations • Sending end-of-day email wrap-ups after store visits Role Details • Employment type: Casual/Freelance • Hours: 2 full days per month • Schedule: Very flexible — we work with you to set up availability • Territory: SF based, with regular regional travel • Reporting to: Store Visits Manager, Ere Perez • Travel expenses are compensated About You You’re someone who: • Friendly, proactive, and charismatic (can help staff fall in love with the brand!) • Has excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for presentation • Enjoys being hands-on and working on your feet • Is confident, warm and great at building relationships • Can work independently and manage your own schedule • Has a strong interest in clean beauty, sustainability and conscious brands • Has a genuine passion for visual merchandising • Is organised and comfortable with light admin and reporting Requirements • Current and valid driver’s licence (required) • Own car (required) • SF based and willing to travel regionally • Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and email reporting • Comfortable working directly with customers showcasing and demonstrating how to use the products Bonus Points If You Have • Makeup artist experience or beauty industry background (preferred) • Retail experience • Experience using Shopify (not • An interest in event planning or supporting brand events • Experience in visual merchandising, field roles or brand representation What We Offer • Values-driven, independently-run business with potential for professional growth and ability to lead projects • Flexible, lifestyle-friendly casual work • Fully reimbursed travel expenses • Opportunity to work closely with a growing, values-driven clean beauty brand • A role that blends beauty, travel, people and creativity • Potential for longer-term growth within the brand • Highly generous staff discount for EP products for family and friends Start Date • June 2026 (flexible) How to Apply Apply via LinkedIn with your CV and a short note telling us why this role interests you.
