**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing in-depth information about our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions about their automotive needs
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information to generate leads for our clients
* Summarizing interactions with customers to help our clients better understand their needs and preferences
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall support processes
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills (you should be comfortable using a computer and navigating online platforms)
* Strong ability to multitask (we move fast, and you'll need to keep up!)

**Requirements**
To join our team, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday, between 10am-6:30pm CST (don't worry, we'll provide lunch and snacks to keep you fueled!)
* Have a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (we're open 24/7, and you'll need to be flexible to meet our customers' needs)
* Have a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
