**Job Summary:**
As an e-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners through various communication channels. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of our product coverage and adhere to our departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers. Your primary goal will be to provide every customer with the best possible service experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage.
* Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, ensuring they understand the benefits and limitations of our services.
* Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex's best practices.
* May assume other duties as assigned by management to support the team and drive business growth.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* Minimum Experience required: 1+ years of experience preferred, with a strong background in customer service and/or a related field.
* Required Skills:
+ Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
+ Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
+ Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
+ Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
+ Adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Preferred Skills:
+ Customer service experience and/or training, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
+ Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
**Essential Functions:**
* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
