We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Partner to join our Elective Speculations Center Office group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier client support, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Partner, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering client inquiries and resolving issues related to complex financial products and services through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide project work and training to the field on elective speculation products.
* Offering support to internal and external clients on account management, tasks, documentation, and technical assistance.
* Seeking guidance from supervisors and exercising judgment within defined boundaries while developing an understanding of connected arrangements, methods, or compliance requirements.
* Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and internal partners, providing support and guidance on client services.
* Providing data to administrators and internal and external clients to resolve consultant issues.
**Required Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following capabilities:
* 6+ years of experience in customer support, financial services, or contact center operations, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing business needs, and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience investigating and resolving client issues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
**Preferred Capabilities**
While not required, the following capabilities would be highly desirable:
* 6+ months of experience working within the speculation contact center and/or financial services.
* Experience working in elective ventures, with a focus on complex financial products and services.
* Ability to answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.
* Experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to be adaptable and flexible, with a focus on meeting changing business needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
