**Experienced Customer Support Associate – Fintech Software Platform**

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be a key member of our Product Support team, driving great client outcomes through responsive, customer-focused service. We're looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for challenging the status quo, innovating in all we do, and wanting to make a difference. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our national customer group, troubleshooting and resolving customer challenges, and becoming a product expert. You'll work closely with our internal data team to ensure data updates are made correctly and collaborate with our product and development teams to resolve product issues. Your empathetic and positive attitude, combined with your analytical and problem-solving skills, will enable you to drive success for our customers and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to client inquiries via live chat and email, providing timely and accurate resolutions to customer challenges * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and releases * Provide client training and ongoing product education as needed, ensuring customers have the skills and knowledge to get the most out of our products * Collaborate with the internal data team to ensure data updates are made correctly, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer data * Work with the internal product and development teams to resolve product issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer problems * Engage with clients post-implementation to understand their experience and drive success, gathering feedback to inform product development and improvement **Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:** * Experience in a people-focused, customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform customer support decisions * Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries * Experience and/or education in accounting is required, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments * Empathetic and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success * Highly organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong sense of service and a passion for technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services * Comfort in a fast-moving startup environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing landscape **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with municipal debt or lease accounting is highly valued, with a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances of these areas * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, with a strong foundation in financial concepts and principles * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools is a plus **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we dream big, move fast, make an impact, and bring joy to everything we do.
