Key Responsibilities
- Multichannel Support: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and website chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers with their concerns and issues, providing effective solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Customer Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints with empathy and patience, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Software Training: Conduct training sessions for new customers via WebEx, guiding them through the features and functionalities of our software.
- Onboarding Process Management: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring they are aware of their next steps and complete the necessary actions.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to the maintenance, update, and creation of Knowledge Base articles, enhancing our self-service resources for customers.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Development Teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, driving customer satisfaction and product improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Gym Management Experience: Previous experience in managing a gym or fitness business, understanding the operational challenges and customer needs.
- Excellent People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues effectively, providing a positive and personalized experience.
- Flexible Work Hours: Willingness to work flexible hours as required to meet customer needs and business demands.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.
- Location Requirement: Must be a resident of Nevada, with Las Vegas being the preferred location.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, with experience in using WebEx or similar platforms.
