As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to identify and escalate priority issues, maintain brand reputation, and improve service quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls * Process payments securely and proactively support customers to maintain brand reputation * Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution * Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain service quality * Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns * Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the team **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field * At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience * B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin language skills * Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach * Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with a strong typing speed of at least 40wpm * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office * Strong typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy * Ability to learn and adapt to new technical tools and software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
