They are seeking a Digital Project Manager to manage timelines, stakeholder follow-through, and coordination across digital retail programs while using AI-driven workflows to enhance project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated resource for our client, managing timelines, internal stakeholder follow-through, and cross-functional coordination across assigned workstreams
- Support complex, multi-stakeholder digital and retail programs spanning OEM partners, internal brand teams, and external vendors
- Operate with strong AI fluency, using AI-driven workflows and tools to accelerate delivery and project management tasks
- Maintain a clear background check to allow for access to internal client systems, and agree to background check in the hiring process
- You will act as an embedded extension of our client’s team, managing the day-to-day project mechanics he doesn't have bandwidth to own directly
- This includes tracking timelines and deliverables across active workstreams, following up with stakeholders to keep commitments on track, and coordinating across teams (OEM partners, internal stakeholders, external developers, and others) so nothing falls through the cracks
- You will maintain clear, structured communication to surface risks early, documenting decisions, and keeping a running list of owners and due dates
- You'll need to move comfortably between fast-moving, informal conversations and more formal reporting and stakeholder management
Skills
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder digital programs, particularly in retail or ecommerce
- Comfortable working across Windows hardware and software ecosystems
- Strong deadline management and prioritization skills, especially across parallel workstreams with shifting timelines
- Capable in holding several unrelated workstreams simultaneously without losing track of progress
- Demonstrate confidence with AI-driven workflows and tools to accelerate project delivery
- Skilled in appropriate, professional cross-functional communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working with enterprise stakeholders and navigating internal processes that may become daunting at times
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information given access to you
- Available during west coast working hours (weekdays approx. 9AM-6PM PST)
- Experience supporting a single senior stakeholder directly, rather than owning a client relationship end-to-end
- Able to bring structure to loosely defined and fast-moving initiatives without needing a fully formed brief to start
- Comfortable managing ambiguity by picking up loosely defined asks and turning them into structured plans
- Capable of tracking and following up on commitments without needing reminders
- Proactive in flagging risks, blockers, or budget/timeline concerns before they become problems
- Able to build rapport quickly across technical, creative, and business stakeholders
