**Job Description**
As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing fast, friendly service to our customers and helping them find the perfect products for their projects. You'll be responsible for:
* Greeting and qualifying customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
* Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell an entire project
* Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
* Working in cooperation with Department Supervisors and other associates in their department as well as other departments
* Handling basics in adjacent departments and learning how to greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in their department
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and promotions

**Compensation and Perks**
As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for a range of benefits, including paid parental leave, 401(K) savings plan with company match, and bonus eligibility.
