**Position Summary**
We're currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service with every interaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and scheduling appointments
• Provide accurate information regarding plumbing services, pricing, and technician availability
• Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service and efficient job flow
• Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our system
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Uphold arenaflex's reputation for outstanding service with every interaction
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on plumbing services, products, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
• Previous customer service experience (plumbing or service industry preferred but not required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and standard office technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available to work the required Tuesday–Saturday 11am–8pm schedule
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
