**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience by:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information
* Documenting all customer interactions and issues using our CRM system

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with working independently and managing your time effectively
* Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software
