Overview Position: Sr HR Executive - Recruitment Location: Remote Experience: 3 to 8 years Job Type: Full-Time Company: Aspire and Succeed HR Website: www.aspireandsucceedhr.com Job Summary Aspire and Succeed HR is looking for a passionate and results-driven External Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support our clients' recruitment needs across a range of industries. From sourcing top talent to facilitating interviews and closing offers, you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities • External Recruitment: Support hiring efforts to attract and retain top talent for Aspires clients, particularly in the Non-IT sector. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions. • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment. • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: At least 3+ years in recruitment, with specific experience in BFSI hiring. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred but not essential. • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and leveraging social media, is a plus. • Familiarity with Naukri.com job portal is essential. • Team & Client Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth recruitment processes and timely closures. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand client requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence candidates and clients. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
