You'll greet customers by name, meet their needs, and follow up to ensure they're satisfied with their experience. Your friendly, high-quality assistance will help set us apart from the competition, and your commitment to our Vision, Values, Culture, and Standards will inspire others to do the same. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** • **Opening New Accounts**: Welcome new customers and guide them through the account opening process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. • **Resolving Client Concerns**: Listen attentively to customers' concerns and respond promptly, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner. • **Following Up with Clients**: Check in with customers to ensure they're satisfied with their experience and address any additional needs they may have. • **Making Appropriate Referrals**: Refer customers to bank partners or other resources that can help them achieve their financial goals. • **Understanding of Banking Software**: Familiarize yourself with our banking software and use it to efficiently process transactions and manage customer accounts. • **Processing Transactions**: Accurately and efficiently process transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. • **Basic Knowledge of Consumer Lending Process**: Understand the basics of consumer lending and be able to answer customers' questions about our loan products. • **Opening and Closing the Branch**: Assist with opening and closing the branch, ensuring a smooth and secure transition. • **Participation in Community Activities**: Participate in community activities and bank-appointed meetings, helping to build relationships with customers and promote arenaflex's involvement in the community. • **Following Bank Policies and Procedures**: Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance and maintain the trust of our customers. • **Maintaining Customer Confidentiality**: Protect customers' sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times. • **Basic Knowledge of Account Types**: Understand the basics of different account types, including DDA, SDA, CD, IRA, and others. **Other Duties** • Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor or the Team Lead/Branch Manager. **Organizational Structure** * Reports to: Team Lead/Branch Manager **Qualifications** **Required Knowledge/Skills** • **Age**: At least 18 years of age • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent • **Experience**: Clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales, or customer service experience • **Knowledge of Customer Service Principles**: Familiarity with customer service principles and best practices • **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Outlook • **Corrected Vision**: Ability to see clearly with or without corrective lenses • **Lifting Ability**: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds **Talents** • **Strong Numerical Ability**: Accurate and efficient handling of financial transactions • **Strong Sales Acumen**: Ability to identify and meet customers' needs, promoting arenaflex's products and services • **Excellent Listening and Communication Skills**: Ability to listen attentively to customers and communicate effectively • **Customer Service Oriented**: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships **Other** • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions • Flexible schedule to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
