**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative – Transaction Support, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer service interactions, including phone calls, online chats, and text messages. You'll work closely with customers to answer their questions, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to ensure their experience with arenaflex is nothing short of exceptional. **Key Responsibilities**
* Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer customer questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to best support the customer
* Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
* Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our arenaflex systems
* Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
* Learn and succeed as part of a team in a high-energy environment
* Handle a wide range of customer service interactions and make sure everything goes smoothly
* Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to provide personalized support
**Qualifications and Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 month of related experience
* Thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
* Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must meet minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
* Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
