**Job Summary**
We're urgently hiring Temporary Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. This is a temporary, remote role that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Presenting solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
* Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
* Routinely and accurately documenting customer interactions in our company database
* Other duties as assigned
**Experience/Education/Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Customer service experience in an office setting
* Basic computer proficiency required
* A welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to think critically and solve problems independently
* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

**Schedule/Pay**
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work a Monday – Friday 1st shift from 10:00am – 7:00pm. You'll be paid up to $16.18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
