As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.

* De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and exploring all options to satisfy their needs.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment.

* Proven record of great attendance.
