**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Associate II to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to borrowers and contractors regarding property damage claims. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound telephone calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Meet and exceed arenaflex KPI's, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient claim resolution
* Build and maintain relationships with leadership and team organizations, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
* Meet and maintain availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines, ensuring seamless customer service
* Update records and note system as required, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information
* Develop and manage customer relationships, serving as a resource to customers and providing timely and accurate service
* Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate service
* Deliver timely, accurate customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and meeting arenaflex standards
**Education and Experience**
* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
* 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (Preferred)
* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
* This role does not have supervisory duties.

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.69 - 23.82 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
