**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers through various channels
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
**Preferred Qualifications**
