**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative in our PBM Division, you will play a critical role in supporting our members' drug plans. You will be responsible for making phone calls and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options. Your skills and knowledge will enable you to provide the necessary solutions to facilitate treatment, while also learning more about healthcare and broadening your experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to millions of plan members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Answer questions and resolve issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions to members
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Qualifications and Requirements**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
* Reliability and compliance with certain standards
