**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Offering customers pricing, delivery, and product information in a timely and accurate manner.
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and performing other marketing tasks, such as promoting and selling products, and processing or confirming sales.
* Monitoring and addressing commercial requirements on customers' portals and forwarding quality and technical needs to the appropriate department.
* Making and receiving non-routine phone calls that may require deviation from standard procedures.
* Addressing customer questions, comments, or complaints while adhering to established guidelines.
* Preparing responses to customers in the required format.
* Serving as a liaison between customers and various departments within the company.
* Maintaining records and assisting in preparing required reports.
* Acting as the company contact for customer returned Airborne/Warranty parts while adhering to established guidelines.
* Providing back-up relief for the company's receptionist and alternate coverage for job duties when other departmental co-workers are not present.
* Completing tasks promptly and ensuring that output generally meets or exceeds expectations.
* Producing work that is accurate and rarely contains errors.
* Conducting oneself in a business-like and respectful manner.
* Adapting productively to changes and performing other essential tasks as assigned.
* Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
* Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
* Working closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
* Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
* Partnering with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
* Maintaining a sound working knowledge of all markets and product conditions.
* Notifying and assisting buyers, operations, and sales support persons by communicating customer's needs and preferences.
* Maintaining effective, professional relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
* Organizing and providing assistance for special sales, promotions, seasonal items.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers and customers.
* Ability to interact effectively with various interrelated departments.
* Ability to gain extensive knowledge of the company's product lines and applications.

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the Manufacturing or Aerospace industry.
