**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Spanish, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring that their unique needs are met and exceeded.
* Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues effectively, utilizing your problem-solving skills and insurance knowledge.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Two years post-secondary education or higher, or a minimum of two years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
* Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred for bilingual roles, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
* Familiarity with the state of Colorado and its unique insurance market.
