**Requirements**

* A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
* The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers, using active listening and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
* Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
