**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients in a professional and courteous manner
* Communicating effectively with patients, both verbally and in writing, to resolve their inquiries and concerns
* Learning and understanding the operation of ETM software, as well as billing and account operations
* Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses
* Researching and resolving problems with patients' bills, including updating insurance coverage as needed
* Printing courtesy claims and itemized statements, as well as rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
* Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
* Performing other duties and assignments as requested by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
* Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment
* A positive and patient attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:
* Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
* Experience in retail and restaurant service, with a focus on customer-facing roles
* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
