**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming, greeting, and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility
* Opening and closing the fitness facility, ensuring proper access and security
* Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users
* Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
* Working independently while providing exceptional customer service
**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school education or equivalent
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook
* Ability to run a cash register and work independently
* No prior experience necessary

While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
* One year of customer service and/or general office experience
* Knowledge of recreational sports
