**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers in North America. You'll work closely with our Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops, and Manufacturing teams to identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will be essential in improving the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation, and you'll be a key advocate for our customers, supporting internal and external partner calls, and managing the life cycle of orders from receipt to delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify customer requirements and work with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs
- Provide exceptional support to customers in North America, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops, and Manufacturing teams to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation
- Manage the life cycle of orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce resolution times
- Participate in internal and external partner calls to provide support and advocate for customer needs
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
**Essential Qualifications**
- Two or more years of sales support, customer service, or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, analytical abilities, detail orientation, quality focus, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP)

**Salary Range**
The salary range for this position is $52,000.00-$64,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
