**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Utilizing your excellent communication skills to engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and excellence
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
