Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our customers, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Real Estate, you'll be responsible for: * Building strong relationships with customers through personalized communication and exceptional service * Providing technical support and critical thinking to anticipate and meet customer needs * Demonstrating a strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team * Learning and navigating new software quickly, and comfortably using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously * Working a set schedule during our operating hours, which include: + 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST (Monday - Friday) + 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) + 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Saturday) + 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Saturday) **What You'll Need to Succeed** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a focus on call center support and technical support * A positive, friendly, and approachable personality * The ability to handle obstacles with grace, accuracy, and urgency * The ability to remain calm under pressure * The ability to work independently **Essential Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities * Proficiency in navigating complex software and technology * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex Real Estate, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
