**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will handle a variety of administrative duties while ensuring that our reception area operates smoothly and professionally. Your role will include answering and routing calls, managing appointments, maintaining records, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and route calls: Take messages, transfer calls, and manage incoming inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Administrative support: Schedule appointments, manage mail and packages, maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
* Reception area management: Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
* Customer service: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, assisting with inquiries and addressing needs.
* Additional duties: Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a receptionist, customer service, or similar administrative role.
* Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
* Language proficiency: Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.
* Work ethic: Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
