**Key Responsibilities:**
Our Retail Customer Service Associates are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Customer Interaction
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shipping and packing needs, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
* Provide information on arenaflex products and services, including shipping options, delivery times, and costs, helping customers make informed decisions.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, resolving issues and turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Service and Sales
* Promote and sell arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs, driving sales and revenue growth.
* Assist customers with packaging their items securely to ensure safe delivery, providing expert advice and guidance.
* Offer additional services such as printing, copying, and office supplies, expanding our offerings and enhancing the customer experience.
Transaction Management
* Process shipping transactions accurately using arenaflex systems, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
* Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ensure all shipping documentation is completed correctly and legibly, adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures.
Operational Support
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the customer service counter and surrounding areas, creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Restock supplies and materials as needed to ensure smooth operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
* Follow company policies and procedures for shipping, handling, and safety, ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe working environment.
Technical Proficiency
* Operate point-of-sale systems, shipping software, and other relevant technology, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with shipping equipment and systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.
Team Collaboration
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
* Assist with training new employees and sharing best practices for customer service and sales, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Compliance
* Adhere to all arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to security and privacy, maintaining a high level of integrity and compliance.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping and handling, staying up-to-date with changing laws and regulations.
**Qualifications:**
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
* Skills:

**Physical Requirements:**
