Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, maximize sales productivity, and contribute to the overall optimization of our customer service operations. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide world-class customer service in all interactions, responding to inbound calls, emails, and faxes in a professional and timely manner * Accurately input customer and prospect information into our CRM database, ensuring data integrity and consistency * Maintain an order batch, tracking the life of an order from processing to follow-up, as needed * Follow up on pending payments and process payments in a timely and efficient manner * Verify customer information and order details to ensure accuracy and completeness * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert advice to customers **Supervisory Responsibilities** This is a non-supervisory role, with a focus on individual performance and customer satisfaction. **Competencies** * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Friendly, positive attitude, and a willingness to assist customers with empathy and understanding * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure * Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality * Collaborative and team player attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment **Requirements** * High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred * 1 year of previous customer service or call center experience * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to navigate multiple programs and customer care service tools * Previous experience with Great Plains (GP) a plus * Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus **Physical Demands** The physical demands of this role are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
