**Your Day as a Customer Service Representative**
As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you'll work an 8-hour schedule every Monday - Friday. Your typical day will involve:
* Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism
* Scheduling technicians based on customer issues and geographic efficiencies
* Entering customer data
* Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments
* Collaborating with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and leave with a positive experience
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide top-tier customer service to homeowners throughout North Texas
* Schedule technicians based on customer issues and geographic efficiencies
* Enter customer data into our system
* Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments
* Collaborate with our team to ensure customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

**Qualifications:**
* 2 years of customer service or dispatching experience
* 2 years of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience
* Ability to type 50-60 WPM
* Strong listening and verbal communication skills
* Experience using ServiceTitan software is preferred but not required
* Having a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus
* Being bilingual is also a bonus!
