**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our community members. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our community members
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
* Respond to public health emergencies and provide support as needed
* Maintain HIPAA standards related to Privacy and Security
* Perform a variety of administrative functions, including data entry and document processing
* May be assigned to assist in other counties in the district
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Three years of experience communicating information in a customer service setting
* Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and bend and reach up
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous employment with a state's Department of Public Health or a County Board of Health
* Completion of an associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
* One or more years of supervisory experience
* Business Technology diploma or higher degree in Business Administration or related field
* One or more years of experience performing complex office/administrative duties
* One or more years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite + Office
* Bilingual (Spanish/English)
