**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting all walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression
* Answering and directing all phone traffic in a polite, courteous, and cheerful manner, providing exceptional customer service
* Asking for the sale and/or attempting to schedule customers for an estimate to achieve a closing ratio of 75% (minimum)
* Explaining arenaflex's repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs, and expected delivery date of repair
* Educating customers on arenaflex's CSI/NPS survey, ensuring they're informed about our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
* Scheduling and recording appraisal and delivery appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams
* Updating and maintaining the store scheduler with the Office Manager, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Collecting and recording payment for completed repairs, performing some A/R tasks as needed
* Filing repair order paperwork accurately or recording in arenaflex's management system, maintaining accurate records
* Providing customers with arenaflex's warranty information (5-Year and Limited Lifetime), ensuring they're aware of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
* Performing follow-up sales calls on estimate quotes (unsold) within 48 hours, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Maintaining the front office and customer reception areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers
* Attending daily release meetings, staying informed about company updates and initiatives
**Experience and Skill Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a college degree preferred
* Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to relate well to a diverse customer base
* Call center sales experience (or equivalent sales experience) preferred
* Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS/management systems
* Strong attention to details, with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Punctual and professional appearance, with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
**Physical Requirements:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
* Perform repetitive motions, such as typing and answering phones
* Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
* Bend, stoop, and kneel, with extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping
* Work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
