You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction. If you're a customer-centric individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls and outbound return calls with accuracy and efficiency * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools * Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed all company standard KPIs **Requirements** **Basic Position Requirements** * Previous Call Center Experience * Proven sales and customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative * Track record of over-achieving quota * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * High school diploma or equivalent **Education and Experience** * Strong knowledge of computer systems and software * Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs * Knowledge in the service industry is a plus, but not required * Be able to type 40 WPM **Working Conditions** * Must be able to work in a quiet remote environment * Sit for long periods of time in front of a computer * Have high-speed internet and a computer available with ethernet capability * Must be able to work various shifts * We are open 7 days a week, with each team member getting 2 days off a week * Schedules are built out based on the business need * The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented **Benefits** * PTO/Sick time * Health, Dental, Life, Vision Insurance * Growth opportunity and career path **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success.
